Operation of the online store Anton Kosmač s.p. is compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), on the basis of the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT-UPB2) and on the basis of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP). The company has not adopted a special code of conduct.

The user is the person who uses our system, ie the customer in the online store.
An online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user.

Methods of payment

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • Payment by proforma invoice
  • Credit card payment via the Stripe online system, which enables secure credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express). After receiving the payment according to the offer / proforma invoice, the order goes on to the processing process.

Issuance of invoice

Anton Kosmač s.p. after the delivery of the ordered items, it also sends the invoice to the customer’s e-mail address.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.


Ordering takes place via the Internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer chooses and orders the products available in the online store, classified into categories.

You can make a purchase in the Biopina store in five steps: choose a product or products and add them to the cart, review the shopping cart, enter your invoice and delivery information, select the method of delivery and payment and confirm the order. We then deliver the selected goods to the selected address in the shortest possible time.

By clicking on the Show Cart button, you can view the products in the cart and the total amount of the order (excluding the delivery price), here you can enter the discount code in the Coupon Code field and click ENTER COUPON. By clicking on Finish purchase or Checkout, you go to the last step to complete the order. First, enter the payer’s details (name, surname, company name, if you want an invoice for the company, select the country, enter the street, postal code, city, phone and e-mail address). Then you choose whether you want delivery to another address, if you do not want this, the products will be delivered to the address on the invoice. You can enter your notes in the Order Notes field. Under the Your order tab, select the delivery method and payment method. By agreeing to our terms, complete your purchase by clicking the BUY NOW button.

After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the customer. About possible change of the order or cancellation, the buyer must inform the provider to the e-mail address, where he must also indicate the purchase number, which is mentioned in the e-mail about the purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notification “Your order dated…” confirming receipt of the order in the queue. You typically receive an email notification within 5 minutes, but this may be extended due to different email client settings.


The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.


The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user agrees. Advertising emails will contain the following components: they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages, the sender will be clearly visible, various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions of participation in them will also be clearly defined, and the provider will explicitly respect the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages.

Damaged, destroyed or lost shipment

The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract within 14 days. If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he shall return or hand them over to the company immediately or no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer is considered to return the goods on time if he sends them before the expiry of the 14-day return period. In connection with the withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears only the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity.

If the consumer returns the received goods within the withdrawal period (ie 14 days from the receipt of the goods), the date of return of the goods is considered a notice of withdrawal. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (be sure to include the transaction account number). However, the company may, in accordance with 5. Paragraph 43d. Article ZVPot withholds the return of payments received until the receipt of the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods back, unless the company offers the opportunity to take over the goods intended for return. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the guarantee certificate, as well as the withdrawal form.
